职责

负责产品在 Reddit 渠道的增长策略与结果，明确Reddit 在品牌曝光、社区信任、SEO / GEO 和用户转化中的作用。

建设运营 产品 自有 subreddit，使其成为承接用户讨论、产品认知、使用场景和搜索流量的长期内容资产。

规划产品在整个 Reddit 生态中的参与方式，识别高价值社区与话题机会，提升品牌在目标用户中的自然出现频率。

建立 Reddit 内容与互动策略，并持续跟踪社区访问、内容互动、搜索收录、AI 答案引用和转化信号，基于数据迭代增长策略。

You are familiar with these

There are verifiable success stories of Reddit growth, where someone has built or operated a Reddit presence for a brand or product, and can demonstrate the results in terms of community coverage, interaction growth, brand exposure, search visibility, off-site traffic or conversions.

Familiar with Reddit community culture, understanding subreddit rules, community trust, content context and anti-marketing mechanisms, and not treating Reddit as a regular social media posting channel.

Possessing English content judgment and data awareness, able to determine whether the content is suitable for Reddit, and based on access, interaction, exposure, indexing, citation and conversion signals, iterate strategies.

Have an owner mindset, being able to proactively define problems, formulate strategies, advance execution, review results, and collaborate with growth, SEO, product and content teams during the early growth stage.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the growth strategy and results of the product on the Reddit platform, clearly defining the role of Reddit in brand exposure, community trust, SEO/GEO, and user conversion.

Build and operate the product's own subreddits, making them long-term content assets that handle user discussions, product awareness, usage scenarios, and search traffic.

Plan the product's participation in the entire Reddit ecosystem, identify high-value communities and topic opportunities, and increase the natural appearance frequency of the brand among target users.

Establish Reddit content and interaction strategies, and continuously track community visits, content interactions, search indexing, AI answer citations, and conversion signals, and iterate the growth strategy based on data.
