The role

Lead and oversee Stratosphere's finance function, ensuring the effective management of financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow while supporting our strategic objectives.

Manage company purchases, expenses, financial transactions, and payment approvals, ensuring expenditures are properly authorized, documented, and aligned with operational and financial priorities.

Oversee cryptocurrency-related financial activities, including transaction management, portfolio tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records of digital asset holdings and movements.

Supervise the preparation and issuance of invoices, contracts, and other financial documentation, while overseeing payroll processing and ensuring contractors, employees, and vendors are paid accurately and on time.

What we are looking for

Over 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role

Over 3 years of experience with crypto currency transactions

Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles

Experience with invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking

Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and accounting software
